This is my specialty! Bathrooms, kitchens, whole house redesigns, or anything else you can imagine. This is a process that can include: design concept, design plans, 3D views, finish selections, construction administration, and final touches. You will have one point of contact. I hire the contractor, subcontractors, and manage the entire process from start to finish, so you don’t have to! If you have a contractor or subcontract you would like to use, we are happy to consider hiring them for their specific trade services.
new construction
We love the process of building a new home! While we do not take on full new build construction independently, we work with homeowners and their builders on all design details of a custom home. From floorplan and exterior modifications, to carpentry, all the finishes, and fully furnishing a home, we work with you to create the home that is customized to fit your needs and wants. We can also implement our approach of being your one point of contact for a good portion of the new build process, to alleviate the stress and demand of building a new home. Please keep in mind, the earlier we can be involved in the building process, the better!
